All the yogic traditions have external practices for you to do – body, breath, chanting, study of the teachings, with seva and dakshina being ways to give back. External practices lead to more subtle and internal practices, with all of them being for the specific purpose of deepening your inner experiences. And at the end of the process, you surrender to God. You surrender to your own greatness. You surrender to Self. But what is surrender? And what is God?
