Then - the United Nations established International Day of Yoga ten years ago. Now - How much has yoga grown? Enormously! Then – where does yoga come from? The texts say it comes from the beginning of human existence. Now – tantra is how we incorporate it into our lives. You don’t have to leave the world to find Shiva, for you are Shiva, and your life is Shiva, as is everyone in it. So why would you leave Shiva in order to find Shiva?
