On New Year’s Day make a resolution to decide what direction you want to go. This is called being proactive. If you’re not getting what you want, you must put forth effort to change what you’ve got. You get to steer toward whatever destination you choose. The world around you will adapt to your new trajectory. You can change the world by changing yourself.
