Meditation is a process of looking inward. You get deeper in there, in here, getting past your mind to what yoga calls your own Self. Thus, you might think of your own Self as your inner Self, since you look within to find you. After teaching meditation for 8 or 10 years, I realized I had a problem with my terminology.
