When you’re enlightened, the light of Consciousness shines through you. It is to attain that bliss and establish ourselves in it that we meditate. In meditation you go into the source of the bliss, into the Consciousness that is your own Beingness, your own Self. When you live in the light of your own Beingness, you are happier.
