You’re always seeking bliss. Your mind helps you with this, always looking for something to captivate it. I really noticed this when I left my Baba’s Ashram in India to return to the USA. I vividly remember the 2 hour taxi ride to the Mumbai airport. My eyes were drawn to the billboards, to the signs on the buildings, to the road signs, to everything we drove by. It was compelling – it was like my eyes were pulled to everything. My mind was crammed full of sensory images in just 2 hours – like they were filling a vacuum. How the world courts our attention.
