Arise and awake. The Kathopanishad tells us that most people are merely sleepwalking through life. Now is the time to awake! This Sanskrit text comes to us from 500 BCE, almost 3,000 years ago. And the problem hasn’t changed. Most people accept too little from life. And they give too little in return.
But you want more. That’s why you’re here – that’s why you are here with me this morning, and that’s why you have taken birth – because you want more. You want to get more and you want to give more. Truly, there is more to life than most people find, more than most people look for.
