Before yoga, I bumbled around in different religions. Then I tried SBNR – Spiritual But Not Religious. It was receiving Shaktipat from my Guru that swung me around. Then, instead of looking outward, my attention was riveted inward toward the bolt of Consciousness he had awakened in me. It took me a while to figure out that it all came from Baba. I hadn’t figured out that he was like the sun. The longer I spent in his rays, the toastier I got. And I do like it hot…
